Dr. Rusly Hidayah is a senior lecturer and researcher in Chemistry Education at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia, where she also serves as Head of the Teaching Assistance and School Practicum Section. His work focuses on advancing chemistry education through digital innovation, STEM-based learning, project-based learning, and the development of students’ critical thinking, scientific literacy, and metacognitive skills. His research emphasizes the integration of technology and sustainability concepts into chemistry learning to prepare learners for the challenges of the twenty-first century.
