Ts. ChM. Dr. Sumiyyah Sabar is an Associate Professor at Chemical Sciences Programme, School of Distance Education (SDE), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. Her specializations are in environmental chemistry, photocatalysis, sustainable materials, and environmental nanotechnology. Her research explores advanced photocatalytic systems, nanostructured materials, metal-organic frameworks, and biopolymer-based technologies for water treatment, pollutant removal, wastewater remediation, and sustainable environmental applications. She has made significant contributions to the development of innovative chemical technologies that promote environmental protection, resource sustainability, and public well-being.
